Good morning polished world! I’m really sorry that you’ve been away for so long. But in reality, work took over my life. I’m in the healthcare business and we are simply going through a rough patch. I’m trying to keep my life as wholesome as possible, doing things I love, but that seems more baking than nail painting. It won’t help my nails get so dry from the fixed hand washing, and now that it’s winter they’ve had a lot of rest and my nails are once again long and brittle properly.

Despite all this, I have decided to bring you all my Christmas manicures during the month of December. Same as my promise for Halloween manicures in October. I started earlier with other Christmas designs, but even then they were total failures and I decided not to share them with you. So we’re jumping into our second design of the season, a fun and easy dotty cure using one of my favorite reds.

Let’s take a look!

Colors used:

  • Morgan Taylor – Everything Turns to a Tango
  • ILNP – Christmas Cookies
  • Joya – Tomoko

Isn’t this a crimson Morgan Taylor polish? It’s considered one of my favorite crimson polishes, and if it’s me, I’m not a huge crimson fan. This shade doesn’t make my nails look dull like other reds do. It feels so quiet and vampiric that it’s irresistible. It covers fully in two coats and I’m sure we’ll be seeing a lot more of it this month.

I used ILNP Christmas cookies for my accents, but sadly you may not be able to see the charming glitter inside because it’s hidden underneath all those dots. I think I’ll have to use it for my Holi manicure in the next few days. Then the glitter might actually pop. Nonetheless, this is an attractive gloss that works effectively underneath these pleasing dots.

what do you think? Are you a fan of this nail polish?

Until next time, <3!
