This recipe is definitely in the Soup Hall of Fame! Full disclosure: I was just cheating while my husband made soup. In any case The soup was truly one of the best soups we’ve ever had…and we’re in our late 70s! We now plan to buy an extra large turkey for Christmas. And use the rest for the second round of soup.
