Hi, I’m Partha, the creator and owner of My Bodyweight Exercises.

I am a REPs (Registry of Exercise Professionals) Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

My website is about helping people achieve their body composition goals.

All of my content is designed to help you improve your physique, whether you’re looking to get stronger, build more muscle, lose weight, burn body fat, or just want to become a better person. in better shape and conditions.

My Story

I started as a teenager with a set of dumbbells and a Bullworker X5.

As you can guess, most of my training in these early days was geared towards building “chest and back”, LOL, we all have!

However, my interest and passion for training and improving body composition was born.

I have been a regular gym goer since June 2000.

That said, my initial career was in Finance, but the love of working has always been with me.

So much so that even while still working in Finance, I pursued (and passed) my personal training qualifications.

I now coach offline clients and have been writing and creating websites in both the financial and fitness sectors since 2008.

My qualifications

I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer specializing in Strength and Conditioning.

Additionally, I am Level 1 Certified in Nutrition, Corrective Exercise and Weight Management.
