Ingredients you need to make this Christmas fruit tray:

  • kiwi
  • apple
  • raspberry
  • pomegranate
  • grape
  • sugar
  • branch of mint

How to make a Christmas fruit wreath:

  1. Make grapes with sugar. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 water to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and a clear liquid forms. This will only take about 3 minutes. Set aside and let it cool to room temperature. Dip grapes into sugar mixture. Then place on the rack. Be careful not to touch each other. Let them sit for about 30 minutes, then roll them in the remaining sugar. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before using.
  2. Prepare the remaining fruit. Peel the kiwi and cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Select the pomegranate. Cut the apple into thin slices. Use a small star cookie cutter to cut out stars from some of the slices. Toss apples with lemon juice to prevent browning, if desired.

  • While the grapes are cold Slice the kiwis and place them in a single, circular layer on a round serving platter. Cut the apple into thin pieces. Then use a small star cutter. cut into star shape
  • Peel the pomegranate and set aside.
  • When the grapes are cooled Start adding grapes, raspberries, and pomegranates to the kiwis in that order. Arrange the fruit to balance out the colors and shapes. Finish by adding an apple star on top. and decorated with mint leaves Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
